Return Process
We can refund most orders (minus the cost of shipping), and we are committed to helping you find the correct replacement part.
Items must be received in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.
- Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
- Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.
Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
- The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.
When returning the package:
- Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
- Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.
Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
We cannot refund item(s) that are:
- Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
- Special Order, final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative.
- Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.
Please be aware that refunds are subject to a Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Items returned up to 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned between 14-30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Cancellation
- Orders are typically sent out within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
- If you need to cancel your order please contact customer service.
Return Policy
Once an order goes into production it cannot be cancelled. Our windows are custom made for each order.
Orders that are cancelled prior to production will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers expenses paid to the credit card processing company along with costs incurred by us administering your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled once it goes into production. Orders generally go into production within 48 hours of ordering.
Contact us within 24 Hours of placing an order and we will be able to make adjustments to the size. Once the order goes into production it may be possible to change the size but we can't guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged we will work with you to resolve. We will ask you to send us photos of the packaging and determine the best solution including replacing parts or the entire window if necessary.
No, we do not allow returns since these are custom made products. By placing an order you agreeing to our no returns policy.
